Where all in Delhi NCR do you deliver?
We cover most of the regions in Delhi! This includes all of Delhi, parts of Gurgaon and Ghaziabad also. If your site is a bit off the beaten path or in a narrow lane, just let us know in advance so we can send the right-sized vehicle.
How soon can I expect my materials?
We know that a “work-stop” on-site costs money. For most core materials like cement and bricks, we aim for 24 to 48 hours. If you’re ordering specialized finishes or tiles, it might take an extra day or two. We’ll give you a clear timeline the moment you order.
My site has restricted entry times (No-Entry). How do you handle that?
We’re very familiar with Delhi’s “No-Entry” zones and timings. We usually schedule heavy truck deliveries for late night or early morning to comply with local traffic rules. Our team will coordinate with your site supervisor to make sure someone is there to receive the load.
Can I get a better rate if I buy in bulk?
Absolutely. If you’re looking at truckload quantities or sourcing for a large project, hit the “Contact us” button or give us a call. We can usually work out a better price for high-volume orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or Net Banking. For regular contractors and builders, we also have a “Pay on Delivery” option for certain categories to make your life easier.
Can I return leftover bags of cement or extra tiles?
For items like cement, we usually can’t take returns because of moisture risks once they leave our warehouse. For tiles or plumbing fixtures, we accept returns of unopened, original packaging within 7 days. Just a heads-up: a small restocking or pickup fee might apply.
