Welcome to Apnamaterials.com. By using our website and purchasing our building materials, you’re agreeing to the terms laid out below. We’ve kept them simple so you know exactly how we work.

1. General Usage

This website is intended for individuals, contractors, and businesses looking to purchase construction materials within the Delhi NCR region. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and providing accurate information for delivery and billing.

2. Pricing & Availability

  • Dynamic Pricing: Construction material prices (especially steel and cement) can fluctuate daily based on market conditions. The price at the time of your order confirmation is final.
  • Stock Levels: We do our best to keep our inventory updated. In the rare event that an item goes out of stock after you’ve ordered, we will notify you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Payments

We accept payments through verified Indian gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking). Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed. For any “Pay on Delivery” arrangements, the material will only be unloaded once the payment is verified at the site.

4. Delivery & Site Access

  • Access: It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery vehicle (truck/tempo) has legal and physical access to your site.
  • Unloading: Our responsibility ends at the point of unloading. Any damage caused to the material or property during movement after it has been unloaded from our vehicle is not the responsibility of Apnamaterials.com.

5. Material Quality & Usage

We source materials from reputable brands and manufacturers. However, Apnamaterials.com is a marketplace/distributor and is not liable for structural issues arising from the incorrect use of materials or poor workmanship at the construction site. We recommend following the manufacturer’s guidelines for all products.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 24-48 hour delivery, we are not liable for project delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, “No-Entry” restrictions, labor strikes, or sudden government regulations.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they haven’t left our warehouse. Once a truck is loaded and dispatched, a cancellation fee (covering logistics costs) will apply.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

We believe in building long-term relationships and resolving any issues through mutual conversation. However, should a situation arise that requires legal intervention, all disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi in a professional and lawful manner.
