Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Apna Materials, we know that in construction, timing is everything. A delay in material means a delay in your project. That’s why we’ve streamlined our logistics to be as fast and transparent as possible.
1. Delivery Timeline
- Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, we get to work immediately.
- The 24-48 Hour Goal: Most core materials (cement, bricks, etc.) are dispatched and delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
2. Delivery Areas (Delhi NCR)
We currently deliver across the entire National Capital Region, including:
- Delhi: All zones (North, South, East, West, and Central).
- Haryana: Gurgaon, and Bahadurgarh.
- Uttar Pradesh: Ghaziabad.
3. Handling “No-Entry” Zones
Many areas in Delhi NCR have restricted entry timings for heavy commercial vehicles.
- To ensure your project stays on track, we often schedule deliveries during non-restricted hours (usually late night or very early morning).
- Our team will coordinate with you or your site supervisor to ensure someone is available to receive the material during these windows.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated based on two factors: the weight/volume of the material and the distance from our nearest warehouse.
- Small Orders: Standard delivery fees apply.
- Bulk Orders: Large-scale orders (e.g., full truckloads) may qualify for discounted or free shipping.
- All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you make a payment.
5. Unloading & Site Access
- Drop-off Point: Our standard delivery is “curbside.” This means the driver will park the vehicle as close to your site as safely possible to unload.
- Site Readiness: Please ensure there is enough space for a truck to enter and maneuver. If the site is inaccessible due to narrow lanes or roadwork, the material will be dropped at the nearest accessible point.
- Labor for Unloading: It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange for labor to move materials from the truck to the storage area.
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your material leaves our warehouse, we will send you a notification via SMS/WhatsApp with the driver’s contact details so you can coordinate the exact arrival time.
7. Inspection upon Delivery
Construction materials are heavy and rugged, but accidents happen. We request that you (or your site supervisor) inspect the material immediately upon arrival. If there is any visible damage or shortage, please note it on the Delivery Challan and inform us right away.
